Received product, two of the most important parts of the product, namely how to install and where to get supplies only read as Error 404-not found. I went to the only area available to me, ClickBank and asked for a guaranteed 60-day refund. My login, etc., on the Power4Home site said invalid user name and/or password, so I could not make my complaint directly with the vendor, but ClickBank did and sent me a transcript. Yesterday, I got an email from ClickBank saying the ticket was closed and no refund was to be made because of "inactivity." This is a lot of money for something that is not complete and I feel I am certainly entitled to a refund. False advertising is telling me I will get a refund, no questions asked. And also that I will get installation instructions and a supply list, neither of which happened.
