Jory Bright knocked on my door while I was home for lunch and went on this eloborate detailed story about how he was from some other state and here locally doing some sales compitition for his school or something (I don't even recall at this point) and he showed me papers that looked legit and had addresses phone numbers and certificates and had sales from others in my town on his little pad and he was a very nice young man and seemed genuine and excited to be in Alaska. I admit I was in a hurry and glanced at the list of magazines and just chose one and was a bit shocked at the price but again was in a hurry so just wrote the check and took his reciepts and he went off down the street and I raced back to work. The check cleared a few weeks later and I never got any magazine and its been 2 months.

- thats' because the receipt plainly states "delivery within 120 days".. As expected, 3rd party sales always take longer. Probably should have read the receipt/policies before you posted a complaint over a non-issue. I also have purchased from NCS several times, and they have always abided by their receipts. People just have no idea that they should know what kind of a contract they are entering into before they complain.
