I had two cars involved in accidents. I had auto insurance coverage by All- State Insurance Company. Just read two cases below, how much struggle, I had to face dealing with All- State Auto Insurance.
Case 1: A Deer hit with my son’ Acura, 2000. (claim# 0221679194 159) All- State insurance company didn’t have time to come to our house for damage assessment. So, I was driving the damaged car to All-state location and tire flattened. I called All-State 24 hrs road side assistance. No one show up until 50 minutes and asked to wait another 15 minutes, no body show up, asked for another 15 minutes and so on. After 2 hrs, I was shocked to find out that the service was cancelled by someone from All-State. Finally, someone show up and replaced the tire after 3 hours.
After more than a month, All-State sent a letter stating that the damage is not consistent with deer hit. The claim is totally denied. My car is in drive way without repair for 55 days. (Does All-State expect customers to take pictures of car each time, prior to driving and upon deer hit, to prove that it was damaged by deer and nothing else?)
Case 2: My daughter met with an accident with Hyundai Sonata, 2007 model. It took more than a month to fix it initially between All- State Auto Insurance damage assessor and auto body shop.
Upon return of the car, motor mount found to be broken causing tremendous noise and noisy suspension system. The All-State assessor denied to approve for the motor mount stating it is wearable part. Upon arguing that the wheels and other parts also wear, are you not approving for that. All part wear over the time and usage. If they are not covered, what is the purpose of having insurance. Finally, two days later, All-State approved the repair. It took 45 days to repair the car and still makes noise.
