Compre un sofa y dos butacas el dia de hoy hace 16 dias y esta danada en la parte donde se sienta sientes que te pegas al fondo,llame a la tienda y le pregunto para devolverlo el producto y ellos me dicen que una vez que lo sace de la tienda ya no puedo devolverlo, lo cual no se me hace justo por el poco tiempo de comprado.necesito que me ayuden muchas gracias se los agradeceria,el recibo tambien dice que ellos pueden quitarte el 20%de la compra y tampoco estan dispuestos yo no entiendo la actitud de ellos.
