Aug. 19, 2011 I purchased "Pro Flight Simulator Deluxe Package plus World Scenery for $97.00 through PayPal. Upon reading and before I purchased this product they advertised the following from their sight WWW.ProFight Simulator.com "60 day iron clad 100% no hassle no risk money back satisfaction guarantee... Your Satisfaction is important to me. If your not 100% happy with your Pro Flight Simulator, just let me know within 60 days and I will refund your money, no questions asked! Don Freeman Pro Fight Simulator"
Aug. 23, 2011 sent message to ProFlightSimulator that the program is not working the way I thought and would like a refund.
Aug. 24, 2011 Lisa A. Customer Support Pro Flight returned my message and now needs additional details on why I did not want this item.
Aug. 25, 2011 I responded back to Lisa Customer Support that it was hard for me with all the different Key commands to enjoy this product.
Aug. 25, 2011 Lisa A. Customer Support replied that they were sorry that I didn't like the purchase and that she would have this trouble ticket number forwarded to the Refunds Dept. to process your request of a refund. (Case Tracking ID 4tw6w1msyj )
Aug. 26, 2011 sent a return E-mail message back to Lisa A. Customer Support and thanked her for sending my request for a refund on to the Refund Dept.

No responce from my Aug. 26, 2011 e-mail

Sept. 16, 2011 sent another e-mail back to Lisa Customer Support stating that I was still waiting for a reund and asked what the hang up was on my refund and to please respond back to me on this matter.

No responce from my Sept. 16 2011 e-mail

Oct. 2, 2011 this is the "45 day cut off" from PayPal to go after Pro Fight Simulator. After that cut off date passes PayPal will not try to get your money back. (since I was given written convermation that a reund was in the works on Aug. 25, 2011 I did not make out a complaint to PayPal.

Oct. 3, 2011 I sent another e-mail to Lisa A. Customer Support stating again that I was still waiting for refund and can you please tell me how I can contact the Refund Dept. or can you respond to me as to what the hang up is?

Oct. 5, 2011 recieved e-mail from Lisa A. Customer Support, she goes on to say, "I believe that request has been forwarded to the Refunds Dept. and tpo please wait for their feed back, and if you need further help please reply".

Oct. 10, 2011 I resent another E-mail to Lisa A. Customer Support again stating that I have not heard from her and would like eto know why I have not received my refund.

No resonce from Lisa A. Customer Support

Oct. 24, 2011 sent another e-mail to Lisa A. Customer Support stating that I was still waiting for a responce from my last E-mail Oct. 10, 2011 and still waiting for my refund.

No responce from Lisa A. Customer Support

Oct.31, 2011 resent another e-mail message to Lisa A. Customer Support telling her that I still have not heard from her or received a refund. Because that you have not responded back to me I have made another trouble ticket out in the hopes that you will respond to my refund request.
Nov. 8, 2011 sent another e-mail to Lisa A. Customer Support stating that another week has gone by and still you have not got to me on my refund and please tell me why your company states in writing no hassle in getting a refund and why as to being the Customer Support you are you have failed to help me get my refund back?

No responce from Lisa A. Customer Support to present date.

Nov. 12, 2011 contacted Master Charge Card to see if they could help me since Payplay could not, so far have not heard from them.
