I signed up for a magazine subscribtion on the 18th, they charged my account as soon as I gave them my account information. They gave me two numbers to call, and said I could cancel and get my money back if I called within 3 days. I decided I didn't want the magazines and called this morning, one number I called said they were not affiliated with universal reading, but I did have an account with them and it was to be charged $39.50, she cancelled it, but I never agreed to pay that in the first place. The second number they gave me is constantly busy so in my frustration I got online and was going to find another way to contact them. I found that other people have had this problem and that it was a scam. I don't know how to get my money back, or if they will charge me again, or even how many companies they set up an account for me that I have not consented to.
