Like many of the other naive people out there I did not read the T&C's regarding this purchase. I just went on and got sucked in to this scam. However I did have an address on my delivery note and have since written notification of termiantion and also emailed them. And I did this seperately for each product to ensure they get the message. In future we muat all read the T & C's before giving out CC info.

    do you pleae have this (email)address for me? I ordered it too long ago and got rid of the paper immediately, but they have taken money from me as well, and in order to (at least try) to get my oney back, my bank told me to seek contact with the firm, but I have no address or whatsoever. Please help me out! Thanx!!!

  • Hi again - the postal address that came on my delivery note is Revitalize Health & Beauty PO BOX 13583 Linlithgow West Lothian EH49 9AP. UK. As for the web address I just googled revitaderm and came up with the same sort of site that we found the trial on in the first place, so I would just try that. Again good luck and let me know how you get on. PS I have sent my letters today accommpanied by the print of the emails I also sent them on Saturday.

  • Just to let you know I have had somme success with Revitaderm but I won't hold my breath until I see my next CC Bill.
    As I said I emailed them refering to the 3 products I had received and that I did not want anymore hence wanted to cancel. They are saying I have to receive the first product; which is fair enough I am happy to accept that but I have had three emails and they all say my account has been cancelled and I will no longer receive and payments to the cc I gave them. So I await the other 2 products that I "subscribed" to which was the serum and the eye cream and after those two I shouldn't get any more or have anything taken from my account. I also posted the letters to them yesterday which they should receive tomorrow so I have covered all angles. I hope this is helpful to you.

  • Hi. Today I received the same standard email, saying I should have cancelled my subscription before the free trial period, blablabla. I do have a written statement now that from now on this so-called subscription is cancelled, but I already have my credit card blocked, and hopefully no more amounts will be taken off. I haven't received any new products, by the way, and when they arrive in the mail, I will send them back unopened. It's a nasty business this, and this revitaderm creme I did get was horrible stuff. I think it was just simple vaseline... Let's hope we can put this behind us, count our loses (literally) and never ever buy something againg without reading the T&Cs... Thanks for your help!
