I have been trying to get a credit on my card from Newsmaxx. They charged $54 for a renewal of the Blaylock wellsness newsletter which I had a trial subscription. I've sent emails and spoke with someone who told me 2 weeks ago I would see a credit. I also received a reply from their customer service saying that I shouldn't contact my credit card because they would handle it. I feel this company is a scam. They try and suck you in by advertising very attractive prices for initial subscriptions or books. They automatically set you up for renewal with your credit card and when you contact them saying you don't want the renewal you have trouble getting your money back. I feel this company is very deceptive and should be avoided at all costs.
