Hello sir,

My name is Annath Reddy and I am a customer of reliablecom. I use to buy the calling cards from the site reliablecom.com and they provide a pin number charging $20.00 for 2000 minutes. But by the time I use 1000-1200 minutes there will be no minutes left on that pin number. I spoke to the customer care about the same thing but there is no response. Recently I have got a call from them on 11/01/2011 with a person asking me that they had a special offer valid only on that day giving 4000 minutes @$20.00. I said yes and then they have placed an order from my account. And now when I was trying to access the pin it doesnt work. I have been charged for $20.00 and I never got a confirmation call for that. I tried to call to the customer care and they keep me on hold saying that there representatives are busy all day and all night.I have sent an email regarding the same issue but there was no reply from the customer care. What a cheap way to make money. Then I finally decided to approach consumer forum to help me with this issue. Thank you.
