My mom who is now deceased, hired a law firm called Liberty Law
to help get a loan modification with her bank. My brother and I and my mom paid them money to get a loan modification. They did nothing. They will say they were working on it but the bank said they had no record of them as a third party. In their contract if nothing was done then we were suppose to get $2000.00 back. Nothing was done the house was sold at foreclosure and they got their $3500.00 and never heard from them again. When you called them, they never returned your calls. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Liberty Law told them that they were working on the case.
We should get something back since the house went to foreclosure.
Anyone could set up a business and have people pay money and never do anything to help them and you've collected a fortune from people in need. They should of refunded something back to us.
