We attended a "Home & Garden" show at CAL Expo, Sacramento with another couple. We admired a covered lawn swing and spoke with a salesman when we came in. Upon leaving, the salesman called us over, said he only had two left, and made us an amazing offer which included delivery and set-up. Fortunately we paid by credit card and have been reimbursed, but our friends paid by debit card. We were told we would have the merchandise in two to three weeks. Phone calls to his cell and to the head office have not been answered. Seems that $2400 total was paid out for nothing.
Update: 11/20/2011
I tried to attach a copy of sales receipt to report. All 3 times it was refused because of size. Please call for addition information.
