I signed up for Zbiddy, and did NOT purchase a package- it told me I would get bids for signing up and watching the movie. I checked my visa and found a debit cor $60 on it from ZBIDDY.COM, which outrages me- I never knew they would do this and did not authorize it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and I want to immediately have my membership in Zbiddy cancelled.

    08:31:36 PM [kirk] i want my money back. I did not know you would bill me $60 up front. I did not want to purchase a pachage of bids. I understood I would get 25 bids free for signing up; I simply wanted to evaluate the service. I have never used a penny auction before, so I wanted to see how it works. I provided the card so it woulod be on file if I did win a purchae, not to pay for a bid package. I want my money back, this is not an authorized debit.

  • if u have not gone to ur bank do so now...i was lucky to finally speak to 2 different ppl and each said DO NOT go to ur bank coz it will slow down the return process .... bull ! get to ur bank coz when they file a complaint it goes immediately and zbiddy dont want to fool around with the banks...good luck, hope we all get our money back
