This is an ID phishing scam, a very legit official looking competition, I did enter a comp for a range rover a month or so before this turned up in my email, They basically social engineer photo ID out of people which could be worth money for false IDs.
this was the first time the hit;

- yeah they tried to get me too,,,,must admitt the site looked legit,,,,but i know when things are too good to be true....and i dont fall for stuff like that very easily,,,,,the few times i did win stuff,,,i always do serious investigating,,,,even emailing the company......but yeah this stuff pisses me off,,,,
