I ordered 3 pr. of shoes and received a cheap childs sack with a disney character on it, and on the envelope a tracking number they said was for shoes. I wasn't home when the sack was delivered and my housemate signed for it.
Shoes were paid for through paypal, paypal is insisting I return the childs sack and give paypal a tracking number.
UPS does not recognize the address (city does not exist, postal code required 6 numbers and they gave paypal 5)
I have notified paypal that the address does not exist, and if they continue to waffle around, I am going to my bank and filing a stop payment. Starting to look like paypal's "guarantee" is a bunch of hooey!
