International boundaries
10/31/2011 ordered 1x sample African Mango bottle, $4.50 Order#9467029, Customer#3876409 and 1xsample Renew Cleanse, Order#9467142 Customer#3876409.Transaction through my bank account 11/02/2011. Neither has been received.
11/16/2011 Two further sums were taken from my bank account,
@£76.96 and @£69.93 total £146.89 Approx $233. I was not aware that these orders were from USA and that charges would be in US$, for which I had to pay a further £1.00 each transaction. I would not have made the above orders had I known.
I have of course contacted my bank and complained to the above "companies"requesting immediate reimbursement.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate your terms and conditions to which you refer, so have no idea what I am abiding by! M M Oliver

Hi,
I had the exact same thing just a few weeks a go! By coincidence I have finally got my free trial today nearly 4 weeks after ordering! In any case as soon as I saw the extra money come out of my account I rang my bank and found out it was taken from this company. So I rang the company and argued with the woman for about 1/2 an hour, eventually I got a majority of mymoney back, not all though :o( Completely out of order. Ring them up and fight for it. -

I have their number but good luck trying to get anything out of them. After almost 1hour on the phone I got half my money back & am supposed to feel good about that but have still had £60 taken from my account & so far not a thing has been delivered!
