ambercompanions are pretending to be a companion based company. I was promised that there were males needing companions for events, meals, xmas partys etc. I was told I would be paid £100 p/h as a companion. They contacted me numerous times wanting £249 upfront, and said they would call me straight away with my booking times. I even asked a male friend to contact them to check them out. He said they sounded legitimate. As soon as I deposited the money into their account, I havnt heard from them since! When I try to ring them, I get an answer machine. I leave a message but they havnt rang back. However, before I put the money into their account, they rang me back after every message I left them. It was only then, that I have researched the so called company and discovered others who have had very similar experiences. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!
