Signed up for this account with the impression that electronics and other quality items were available for bid at at discount. Purchased the 99.00 packaged that was supposed to reimburse me for all first day bids if I didn't win . Found mostly junk up for bid, figured I was mostly out of luck as far as good stuff goes but that I could get some trinkets and chock it up to a loss. Bid on several items but did not win any bids. Sent an email to their customer service, they sent back a message that my account was fixed, they fixed it by taking away my remaining bids. Sent two follow up emails, when I logged on a bit later my account was deactivated. I have requested a refund and will continue to fight this.
