I TRYED TO CALL TO GET MY MONEY BACK I DID NOT REALIZE THAT THEY TOOK 60.00 DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT I THOUGHT I WAS GIVING PAYMENT INFORMATION ON FUTURE BIDS IF I WON THE MERCHANDISE NO ONE ANSWERES THE PHONES TO CANCEL I DO NOT WANT THEM HAVING MY INFO CAN U HELP ME

if u have not gone to ur bank do so now...i was lucky to finally speak to 2 different ppl and each said DO NOT go to ur bank coz it will slow down the return process .... bull ! get to ur bank coz when they file a complaint it goes immediately and zbiddy dont want to fool around with the banks...good luck, hope we all get our money back
