On 11/14/2011-11/15/2011 I applied online for an emergency medical loan non of which were "Yourloan101"

on 11/17/20011 while at my bank, I was informed of money being removed from my account that I did not approve or confirm to be deducted and wasn't even aware it was being taken out. I was thin advised to follow my account closely with on line banking and in the mean time they would note my account.

5 min call
On 11/18/2011 at 4:41 I called 1877 546 8509 and spoke with Customer Service agent Lucy and requesting ALL monies be put back into my account, as I did not agree or confirm to having money deducted from my account for $34.00 .01 or .05 cents and I expect it ALL to be returned. She then told me I was approved and to go to yourloan101.com to confirm my loan they would use the money toward the interest rate. I looked up that site and noticed it just diverts to other sites.

8 Min call
I called Called back At 4:48 (1 877 546 8509) and listen to the initial recording again, which says to hold and wait for a Customer Service Agent or go to supportatmembership.net , while on hold I checked out that site and found out all the complaints made about them.
I too am on Social Security and don't need my account over drawn, I needed emergency money for dental work.

When the Customer Service agent answered I couldn't believe my ears, as I got the same Service Agent! Not only did I recognize her voice but she recognized mine, as well, by saying can you give me your phone number again? To me this was just short of a miracle as her call center sounded large, crowed and busy. in the background.

I told Miss Lucy I want the money returned, she put me on hold and when she came back, she said "We are prepared to give you 100-300 dollars and then use the money taken out ,as the interest.

I asked why do I want a loan at,loan shark interest, that I don't want and never agreed or confirmed. She asked if I went to the website like she told me to,....

I said I refuse to go to that site and make it look like I am confirming and that if they don't give me my money back that I would be reporting them to the Better Business bureau and that I noted that they have already received several complaints.

I then informed Miss Lucy that I know she is only doing her job, because I too use to work in Customer Service and I know her job well, and that I use to put upset people on hold and file my nails ,(much like she did ). I expect my money back now, I did not agree to have 34 dollars or .01 or .05 removed from my account and I want it ALL put back.

Miss Lucy then kindly said it would take 3-7 business days to be put back, I said ok and she gave me a confirmation number.

Now I am kicking myself in the butt for saying ok, as I realize I was tricked again, because when I said ok to getting my money back, they turned my ok, into a verbal confirmation to hold my money hostage for 3-7 days.

While some poor soul get's to borrow my money free of charge to the loan company, at over 300%

My money is being held hostage for up to 7 days without interest at the risk of over-drafting my account how many times at 0% interest.

If I knew going I would have donated my money to the soup Kitchen, which is where I probably be this week.

"Interesting don't you think?"

Thank You,
Patrica M. Murphy

15 min Call
At 5:39 I called back 1 877 546 8509 after I realized what just happened, Ok so I am a little slow.

Anyway Customer Service Mike answered, I told him who I was and I wanted my money put back, I also told Mike, that I almost died 2 2/3 years ago and this was nothing more than a bait and switch and that they have 24 hours to put my money back. He said 24 hours, I said yes 24 hours. He asked if he could explain I said I didn't call for an explanation,I called to get my money back.

He asked of how much and I said "ALL" because I am not going to give you one amount while your continue to take money out of my account. I told him I didn't claw my way back to health to be
rail roaded, nickle, dime and pennied, to death, so you could use my money free of charge, to lend out to some other poor soul at over 300%, when I never gave my approval, or confirmation.

I told him I expected ALL my money to be put back, I expect it to be returned in the next 24 hour, the bank is aware and I will be watching.

He asked if he could put me on hold for the confirmation number, I said sure go file your nails, or talk to you supervisor,do what you got to do.

When he came back 5 min later, he asked if I was still there, I couldn't help but chuckle and said yes, he then gave me the same confirmation number I got the first time.

Out of curiosity to see if he realized it was the same number,I asked if it was a new confirmation number. Mr Mike then said it was the only one they have and then my money would be back in my account with in 3-7 days. I asked with interest? He said no.
I then said I expect it to be with interest and he said "I am sorry that you won't be getting what you expect"
And I informed him then he can expect me to call him back
requesting 300% interest for each day they hold my money for.
