I too got scammed, I did the trial offer for 4.95 and next month get a bill for $95 bucks. I called the billing company ccbill.com to get some answers and they tell me that I needed to cancel within the first 14 days not to be charged the full price (of the free product) plus membership for the product. I have already been charged for the next month and they have credited that back but now I have to wait for the product to come and return it to sender. I too felt this was a legitimate offer because I saw it on the Dr.Oz show/web. No where was it clear that you would be charged if you did not call and cancel or say you were not happy with the product.....I haven't even tried the product yet. CCbill told me that was in the email they sent out which I did not get, I only got a receipt email from them......no follow these instructions.....OR ELSE. What a joke. I won't be fooled again and I will stick to supporting my local health food stores. I try to save a buck and it costs me a hundred! Not please, Tracy in Canada!
