Advertised on local radio that they are able to renegotiate credit card balances and loan balances to a lower interest rate. Stated fee is $995. I told them I would discuss with my wife and get back to them with our decision. They went forward with posting the charge to my account without waiting for our agreement. Left a "new" toll free number (their offices are in Mesa and Tempe, Arizona). Called them 10-15 times and left message (per their instructions) with phone number for a call back. They have not returned any of these calls and have done nothing. Robbery without the use of a holdup weapon. Totally dishonest and crooked people.
