Took a survey on line and was told I could pick a product,and only pay the shipping charges.After I got a Fitmax watch and extra band I called credit card company and we (Capital One,myself and Ryan fromEZA agent support)I find out I will be charged $59.95 for the watch.Had no idea that I had to return it.Thought I was given the watch for my input from the survey.Never received any paperwork that said I had 14 days to TRY it or pay for it.If I was just trying it why would they offer extra bands to go with watch if I only get it for 14 days?Only way to contact company was with Capital Ones help,since no company name,address paperwork or trial offer was in with the watch when I received it or if I did want to keep it,how much it cost.If I had known all of this I wouldn't of even ordered it.Survey didn't say I only got to try it for my S&H charges.Free gift,this seems to be a rip- off,not a GIFT.
