I purchased this product that started @ $49.00 plus tax...if quickly increased by another $197.00 plus tax. I felt safe since it came with a 60 day money back guarantee and they stated refunds are processed within 24 hrs of request. This request was processed on Oct.31/2011 asking for refund....it is now Nov. 17th after 5 requests and not even a response. Be aware of this site....and others...because they give you a money back guarantee there is no guarantee they will live up to their claim.
