I've filled a form for ESTA in the website below and i've been charged 89$ in the process, when the official application costs 14$.

I thought this was an official website for ESTA, and the notifications I got during the filling of the ESTA were to pay 14$. But after being charged 89$, i read the website and there is a notification that the website is not official.
This is clearly a scam for people who are in a hurry to the get the visa and are not expecting the existence of third party website for the application of USA visa. This website hides the information of not being official and their overcharging of the visa.
