I have played this site for years, have never cashed out. I deposited money, had been playing for a few days, keeping my balance above $500. When I started playing today I had a balance of $600 plus, I hit a pay out of $981. Add that to my balance and I had over $1600.00. I hit the spin a couple of times and noticed that my balance went to $437.00. I stopped and tried to do a chat but they were just basically ignoring me. I left the site and emailed them telling them that I wanted the missing $1200.00 returned to my balance. The game I was playing is a new game and had fifty paylines and I was playing .02 cents per line, which made it a dollar bet. I went back into the casino to see if they had returned the money, they hadn't it was still $437. I hit the spin reel and then a message popped up that I didn't have enough money to play. I looked at my balance and see that I have 87.00 left. They had moved the amount of bet up to $250.00 a spin. I DID NOT DO IT, THEY DID. I occasionally would bet as much as $1.50 never above that. I went to another casino and looked at the same game, you could not even make that big of a bet. They have stolen from me, and I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years. I want them to return all money I have ever spent in their casino, they are thieves.
