After years of happily paying $8.88 per year for e-mail service from inbox.com, the renewal fee has jumped to a whopping $39.95! In addition, my wife also has an inbox account so that would mean almost $80 per year just to receive e-mail! We are disabled senior citizens who are on a fixed income, and we deserve a discount. We have been inbox customers for over ten years, but apparently customer loyalty doesn't matter to them.
