a compagny, two actually who work together, Dermalift and RLSkincare advertise skincare products, I bought it in October for the sum of 35.90€, then they did an unauthorized credit card on the 4 of November for 69.95€ RLSkincare, then again on the 16 of November for 69.95 RLSkincare, then same day 29.95 Dermalift.

- I got scammed in january by Dermalift/RLskincare by sending off for a free sample of their face serum. Then suddenly a month later they lifted £54.95 from my account. I jumped on it straight away, and have cancelled the membership through my bank, and also changed me debit card. I understand from speaking with friends that if you are going to buy anything like that, use your credit card and not your debit card. The cards have different rules, and the credit card companies will get your money straight back for you, while the bank says they can't because by sending off for the sample you have agreed (however unwittingly) to the membership. By looking around on the internet I see a lot of people have been scammed in this way. An expensive mistake - the bank tells me some folks have lost up to £400 before they have managed to cancel the membership. They neither pick up the phone nor answer e-mails, so impossible to cancel it.
