I replied to a job posting on craigslist for an admin. asst job. They said they were going to be setting up an office in a near by town. They wanted me to start working from home as they set up the office. Mostly I did accounting-type homework, small papers on accounting procedures, etc. They sent me a check and I went to cash it, with the thought it may actual be a scam and the bank confirmed that the check was not legitimate.
