I know that 4 cents is not a lot of money, but I did not give anyone authorization to debit my account, i have called this place and have been left on hold for 20 minutes, so I called my bank and filed a fraud case on this, they told me at my bank that even though its just 4 cents someone is checking to see if my account is open
