Not very much? Sure, but $2.50 x 1,000,000 tickets sold = $2,500,000! You can see why their most recent class action lawsuit settled for Springstein for $16.5M was a drop in the bucket. Here is the link to file your complaint with the Federal Trade Commission

Indigo Girls canceled their concert. Ticketmaster sent me an email which said I could request a FULL refund (ticket cost plus fees) and yest when I called in, I was told I would be receiving a refund of only $90.10 - minus the fees. When I objected, he hung up on me.

I called back and agreed to take the survey on the person who would help me, assured that they would NOT know whether or not I had agreed to the survey or not. I made certain when the person came on the line that should she offer me the same RUDE service, I would be completing that survey NEGATIVELY - and asked her, "Do we understand each other?" She stated I would receive a full refund of $96.10. A new email from Ticketmaster says I was refunded $93.60! LIED to AGAIN.

She was able to tell me that "Arthur" was the person who last helped me so I asked to speak to his supervisor. When she couldn't connect me, I asked to speak with her supervisor. I requested that supervisor have Arthur and his supervisor call me back with an apology as part of his reprimand.

FTC can sort this one out. Perhaps we should all take them to the Supreme Court because obviously no other court in the land can keep them from doing it again even AFTER they settle one Class-action after another!
