FIRST OF ALL. We can fight this. Whether we get our money back or not remains to be seen. I filed tonight and hope you all will do the same at http://www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/fraud/internet_fraud
Our story: I looked into my online banking account and discovered after they had previously hit our account for 1 cent twice, and then 5 cents on the same day, that a couple of week later on 11-4-2011 they took out $30. Fortunately, my bank refunded the one cent NSF fees of $72. The $30 charge, also caused a NSF overdraft of $36. When I called to speak to them on the 4th the first lady ended up hanging up I was so irate and she wasn't giving straight answers. I called up and supposedly talked to a Noel with an extension number of 181158. I was told the money would arrive in check form within 5-7 days and it's been longer. So today on 11-14-2011 I called again and it sounded like the same lady that hung up. She claims on the 2nd I'd spoken with a Cathy and an Alex. Well Alex said he was Noel and gave me that extension number and he even had the gall to give me a confirmation number for refunding the check. Do NOT believe anything they say.
