Unfortunately they scammed us too. We booked a hotel for Ecobuild 2017 and once we got the confirmation from the hotel I thought everything was fine. But then they cancelled the reservation last minute and disappeared (their phone line has been interrupted too). Do not book with them, lots of other people at the hotel were in the same situation.
