I ordered the trial sample which was for 15 days, I received it 10 days later and it was a small satchet at the same time unbeknown to me I was charged on my credit card $101.03 US + bank fees and exchange rate for a product I had not received. I contacted the company and was informed that the trial period started from date of order - hey I didn't get it for 10days when do I get the chance to trial? I complained I had not even received the product and I wanted everything cancelled - In the terms I was supposed to receive the product and be charged after 30 days hey I ordered and was chaged on 2/11 for both trial and product and I was still in the TRIAL period! I am VERY UNHAPPY with the way this company has falsley advertised it's product and the sample was not enough to test if it works or not. I will have to cancel my credit card if the company does not refund me and stop any further transactions which is going to be very inconvenient for me. I will always look on Scambook in future before investing in anything more ON-LINE
