My husband and I went to a travel seminar in Indianapolis, In where we were promised 2 free cruises and 2 free air tickets just for listening to the presentation. The travelogue was impressive and my husband and I decided to sign up that day. The company promised to help us with a trip to Ireland in May 2012, and promised that we could stay in a 3-bedroom home or villa for no more than $389.00 for the week. They also promised that they would help us with our international airfare and assured us that their "contacts" could get us a much better deal than if we did it ourselves. We paid almost $5600.00 that day because they said it was an offer available only that day. We called the number the next week to see about planning the trip--they said they would look into it--I called again last month--same song and dance. At this point I just want my money back, and oh, by the way, we never received our free cruise or airfare (and that is after I sent a money order to them for over $100.00 to "secure" our reservation!). Can we take this company to small claims court in our state? Thank you. Maureen Misbach
