Worst airline experience ever. Flight on 2/2/2016 from Miami to Bonaire via curaçao delayed over Two hours. Rude ticket agents and stewards. Very disgruntled employees. Lost My whole day in Bonaire. Should have landed approximately 6:40. Landed at 10:20.

We were supposed to stay till 2/9/2016. On 2/8/2016 at 9:05 pm, I got a text from InselAir that my flight was changed to 2/8, a day early and was leaving in 90 minutes, at 10:30 pm. I threw everything into my suitcase and rushed to the airport only to find out that the flight was delayed till 12:30 am. We were told that we would have taxi service and a hotel waiting for us in Curaçao. When we got to Curaçao at almost 1 AM, The onground staff had no idea what was going on. We finally did get a taxi after much waiting. That Taxi drove us right through town into the outskirts of what I can only describe as a very poor and dangerous part of town. Because of their flight change, we had to leave our 5 star condo to be put in InselAir's choice of the Copa Cabana hotel. The hotel room had two twin beds pushed against the wall. With dirty mattresses, threadbare sheets, And a big roach in the bathroom. Your Service Plan indicates that "In case of a flight cancellation, InselAir will provide its passengers safe accommodation overnight". This was definitely not a safe area and dirty, uncomforatable accommodations. InselAir met their responsibility in getting us to a connecting flight the next morning. However they have an obligation to keep their customer safe and in a decent place to stay. Their CEO should be held responsible for these acts. I am respectfully demanding a full refund of my money for these flights for their carelessness and unsafe practices to their customers. I do not want a voucher to travel on them again as that is surely not to happen.
