I called the Flex Seal telephone order number and went through an automated phone order process. I ordered 1 can of the product along with the free can with shipping charges offer. Before I could get a confirmation of my order and the cost, I was put through 15 minutes of additional advertising offers and finally hung up. The next day I called to verify my order and was told I had ordered 2 cans and the special offer meaning I would be charged and extra $49.95. I asked them to cancel the order and they claimed they could not. They suggested I send back the extra cans for a refund and gave me return numbers, promise of a return label and other things. Talking with the supervisor did not change the problem. I would not encourage anyone to work with this company, even if the product is great.

  • Phil Swift and Alan Swift market the product Flex Seal under their company: Swift Response. They list their address as PO Box
8205, Van Nuys, CA 91409 when they advertise in CA, but Here is the address of their corporation and their phone number. I suggest you call them directly about your problem. If you get no response, you can try suing them in small claims court because this is fraud.
I also suggest you make a big stink about them and their company all over the internet, so they are tempted to respond to you. Write bad reviews of them and their product, where ever and whenever you can. Be sure to use their names. Anyone with a legitimate company will not want that much bad info on the internet. Also call the TV stations. Let them see how many people have been scammed. Call the TV station that airs their commercials. The more people who do this, the more likely you are to get a response and possibly a refund. Good luck.
