International boundaries
A number 360-529-6100 dialed into my cell phone that has a blocked number and is never given out. I pressed 1 as it instructed so that I could ask to be removed from the call list and the man on the other end of the phone hung up immediately.
I have received many of these calls over the last few months each time pressing 1 to asked to be removed. Sometimes the person is pleasent and states that they will in fact has the number removed and other times the person hangs up on me.
