Survey Monkey's imposter!!

I first received an email from this company and then a text message. After that I received a folder through Priority Mail asking me to deposit a cashiers check for 2,870.35. I was to email these two other email address and telephone numbers after depositing this check into my personal checking account. I thought it seemed really strange but unfortunately I did reply back to their for first email saying I would like some information and I even started taking a survey in which they sent me the link. Something told me check into this first and I'm so glad I did. I'm just worried that they have been able to hack my MacBook laptop which has all of my personal information on it as well as my iPhone. I am replying even though I didn't lose any money. I still have the letter and the priority mail envelope as well the cashiers check they sent. If I can stop these people from ruining others lives then I have accomplished what I have set out to do.
