This is a fraudulent company, who at first appears to be legitimate, claiming they represent Microsoft. I opened computer and saw a message that read, and I paraphrase, "You're computer has been locked for your protection. Do not close this message! Call (number) immediately!" In a panic, I called and was stud paid enough to give access to my computer. The "technician " cleared my computer of all "viruses" but not before convincing him to share my bank info.
After the fact, I looked them up online only to discover that I had been scammed. They also operate under the name of Web Tech World LLC. These people are not American--the person I spoke with had an Indian accent. Beware. Don't fall for this the way I did. Do your research. I am regretful. They have withdrawn $199.99 from my bank account. I hope I can recover these damages.
