Ordered a Coach bag for my daughter in law on 11/25/16 - received an email stating it would be shipped within 24-48 hours and I would receive an email with tracking information. I have sent several emails to the email address provided in the email as well as on the website and I have still not received a response with a status on my order or the tracking number. They were pretty quick about taking charging my credit card though!
