Purchased superdry Chelsea boots in grey. No order process update at all. 2 weeks later received non branded lace up boots in brown.
Website is owned by some guy in York. Sent from China so I probably won't even try to send them back after reading other scam stories. Always look for a uk phone number like I didn't.
