This company claim to be s division of Microsoft. they took control of my computer to clean out defects. During the process after I give them my credit card to pay for the services Two unauthorized charges showed up bank account $200. and $500., called bank and cancelled card. Their investigating charges, called the company talked to a Don Alford ID USBT1200 which I confronted with the charges he said it was their fault and if I would give them a new credit card number they would send me $700. credit, requested they send me a check, he they only send checks for $1,000. or more. I think I have been SCAMMED.
