We bought a whole bed set including mattress from Wendo Funiture Inc based in Flushing main market Queens with a warranty of 10 years for the whole set.
recently the bed frame and mattress on it has been making a loud squeaking noise as and when one sits or gets up from the bed. even the mattress is giving back and neck problems. When the owner of the furniture company was contacted he refused to exchange the set or even believe the same.
due to this daily annoyance we have now developed back and neck pain and even have started taking anti biotics and physiotherapy. please help us out with this problem.
