ADMIRAL ROOFING hired us to market their company on the internet and that is exactly what we did! I spent the first week of her service with our company fine tuning and adjusting the keyword phrases that we were optimizing her business to be found on the first page of the major search engines for. She was very hard to please, but eventually agreed to allow us to list her with excellent high traffic keywords. I talked to Shannon on the phone over 30 times in a two month period that she had service with our company, and I also sent her over 20 emails in that same time frame. Even after this extensive amount of customer service was provided for her at no additional charge, and even after we made multiple adjustments to her account at her request, she still complained that she was getting poor customer service. Her account was very fruitful and yielded multiple business phone calls from people that found her listings on the search engines that we created for her. Even though we provided exceptional service and outstanding internet marketing for her company, she put a stop payment on her check for her June billing statement, and we have not been paid for the work that we did for her company.
