The b*stards got me too - I paid about £49 to join, was re-directed to another page asking me to upgrade - I didn't want to upgrade so I clicked the 'start now' link and they took this as my wanting to upgrade and charged over £90 on top! Then what did I get? Nothing! Having phoned the helpline about 5 times so far, I am still waiting for the refund I was promised. The helpline are a third party call centre and are not permitted to give any information about how to contact the company directly. Clearly it is a scam. These people are sick. They take money from those of us who are obviously most in need of it.
