I booked a room with comfort inn in Beaumont TX. When I submitted it, I realized that it was wrong Hotel. Then I cancelled it. It was recorded 5 minutes after submitting it the cancellation. The Hotel still charged me said that it was a nonrefundable room. I was charged 341.54. The hotel said that booking .com did
not cancel the room and stated since I requested that nonrefundable room that the 341.54 would not be refunded to me my money. The booking .com web page stated that it was cancelled in bright red. I assumed it was cancelled since it was only 5 minutes and in big red letter stating cancelled. This is wrong if it states that it is cancelled then it should not be cancelled. Once again I canceled it 5 minutes after I submitted it. I talked to the hotel they was very disrespectful to me and would not even talk to me about it.
