I HAVE REQUESTED OVER AND OVER TO WITHDRAW THIS MONEY, BUT THEY FAILED TO DO SO WITH NO EXPLANATION. I JUST WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN TO AGAIN REQUEST THE WITHDRAWAL AND THEY ARE NOW SHOWING A BALANCE OF .75. THEY CHARGED ME A $500 FEE FOR A STANDING ACCOUNT. I HAVE REQUESTED SOMEONE CALL ME AND EXPLAIN BUT NO ONE HAS.
