Twc guarantees a full refund if service is cancelled within 30 days of starting. So far i have talked to 3 different people who all give me different refund time frames. If i owed them money i would be sent to collections. Where is justice for the consumer- why r we the consumer fattening up the wallets of the company ceo and execs? I cant send them to collections. Where is my money twc? Your guarantee means nothing. Do not go with twc!!
