Received an Air Mailed envelope from Shanghi,China.Enclosed is a letter from President of "IPRA",Justin Quentin,notification of winning excess of $10,000,000.00.In cover letter confirmed notification under "our" international code number R420012789US62346 of 100% guaranteed winner by law.In addition to cover letter are two sealed envelopes I must reply to within 14 days precisely to ensure entry that was made on my behalf be claimed by me. First letter is form 74J informing me all required info. below to claim $5,873,000.00 with certification fee $20.00(only credit card accepted).Second envelope is final notice from Governing Board of IPRA,Frank Waterman-Senior Board Member,Peter Oliver Cromwell-Chairman,Vernon C.Coopers-Finance Director, with a Official Requisition Receipt again requesting a fee of $20.00 to claim(by check,money order,or credit card) to claim $5,000,000.00. Tell no one of this notification and keep these documents in a safe and secure place along with all my other documents for me to claim entitlement I.D.#R420012789US62346(the same as the international code).
