First letter is form 74J informing me all required info. below to claim $5,873,000.00 with certification fee $20.00(only credit card accepted).Second envelope is final notice from Governing Board of IPRA,Frank Waterman-Senior Board Member,Peter Oliver Cromwell-Chairman,Vernon C.Coopers-Finance Director, with a Official Requisition Receipt again requesting a fee of $20.00 to claim(by check,money order,or credit card) to claim $5,000,000.00.
