Del Condominium Rental has truly been a nightmare experience. I caution everyone out there, DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. Very briefly I will outline what they have done to my elderly parents in the running of their property. My parents rely on the rental income from the one unit I hired Del Condo to manage. After a slew of tentants breaking leases, damaging the unit, and not paying on time, I decided to entrust "professional" to manage the property for my parents. When I reached out to them their rep assured me of the management fee and one month rent as a "start up fee". I, trusting agreed. Long story short, my rep left the company and I was never informed. My condo remained unshown and vacant until I called TWO months later to ask why on earth I hadn't even heard of any offers. They THEN informed my that my rep was gone. It took another 2 weeks to rent the unit. It is now my 5th month since I signed on with these unethical shysters and my elderly, disabled parents have yet to see a penny of rental income. Among the outrageous excuses we have heard: "the tenant has not paid yet" when I spoke to the tenant and they confirmed they had paid with postdated cheques for four
months, "we had to deduct for expenses and fees such as cleanings, repairs, insurance etc". We had the unit professionally cleaned ourselves, we had provided proof of insurance for the condo, and we were NEVER consulted about the so called repairs. They simply kept deducting from the rent. These people have no conscience, morals, ethics, or simple professional conduct. They do not respond to emails, calls or any concerns in a timely manner and in fact make sure to stall you till Friday at 5pm so they can avoid returning your message. Specifically, dealing with their "CSM" Giuliana Naccarato proved to be my breaking point due to her laughable approach to conflict resolution and obvious lack of interest to do anything to help. I have already consulted a lawyer, I will expose this company for the scammers and outright thieves they are. I reiterate...no matter how difficult it is to manage your own tenants and properties, NOTHING has compared to the violations I have endured at this companies hands.
